One Householder Transformation

These subroutines compute the parameters defining a Householder orthogonal transformation which zeroes specified components in a given vector, or in a column or row of a matrix. Also they optionally apply either a newly defined transformation or a previously defined Householder transformation to a vector or a set of vectors, which typically would be columns or rows of a matrix.
